I have had my first massage with Fiona and found her to be very professional and friendly. My back has responded well to the treatment, and I look forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend Fiona.

I found Fiona to be excellent. After struggling for weeks with pain when running and finding I was struggling with recovery, I booked a sports massage with Fiona after many recommendations from experienced athletes! My first session she identified I was carrying an injury in both legs! She was very knowledgeable and offered me some excellent recovery information! I would've carried on training and this would've developed into a much more serious injury otherwise! 🙈
I proceeded to have weekly massages and discussions about how my recovery was going and found that I started to see improvements with every week and feel great again! 💪🏼
Anyone who knows me, knows I hate the thought of having a massage! 🤣 But I would not hesitate to book Fiona and would highly recommend her to anyone for any type of therapy she offers! 🌟Absolutely can not stress how amazing Fiona is, knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Brilliant massage therapist, you know your in good hands.

Working on my feet all day, was giving me tight calf muscles and buttock pain. Fiona is fabulous for helping relieve that tension. She is very knowledgeable and the leg massage is firm but so relaxing at the same time. I love being able to treat myself to her massages every month. Would totally recommend.

Fiona is an excellent therapist, very knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. It helps that Fiona is a runner too, so she is always on hand for tips and advice and can relate to most sporting injuries! She supported me through my marathon training and now beyond - I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I’ve have regular leg massages from Fiona, the maintenance has kept niggles at bay. It’s handy seeing another runner, Fiona gives me stretches and advice after each massage. I was worried about seeing anyone during the pandemic, however Fiona has gone over and above to make everything safe and put my mind at rest. Can’t recommend enough.
